Al Deera Commercial Real Estate Company was established in the mid 70’s and owned by two partners, Mr. Ali Hussein Zeinal Al Emadi and H.E. Yousef Hussein Kamal. Al Deera possess a distinguished and proud history and culture of its own. In an industry that is ever evolving, we have evolved alongside it and learned that it’s rewarding to push the boundaries.
The concept of Al Deera Properties emerged with Souq Al Deera, located in the heart of Souqs area, constructed in the late 70’s and inaugurated in early 80’s as one of the best and biggest shopping mall of its kind those days. It comprised 86 shops of many textiles, jewelries and perfumes.
