A E C launched its very first projects in the Capital of Heritage and Fine Architectural Taste, and in one of the oldest cities in the World. This environment was an overwhelming inspiration to design and conceive the most beautiful projects that were offered to Damascus to add in a modest way to the Tradition of Beauty and Excellence that accompanied this city through the ages
In 1996 AEC established its Branch Offices in Abu Dhabi and took part in the Architectural and Cultural Development that the United Arab Emirates witnessed over this period and in particular in the Capital, Abu Dhabi
AEC was recognized as one of the few Architectural local offices that had developed its own unique Architectural concepts that reflect the true basics of Arab and Islamic Architecture, and the application of true Architectural and building construction fundamentals. AEC gave particular attention to the understanding and efficient use of all the architectural elements and space to implement in the development of the designs and concepts. All this made possible as a result of the long and wide experience of AEC in the field of Architect
Later and with the introduction of Digital Design Tools, AEC introduced these new techniques , supported by a qualified and dedicated staff, to enhance its services and apply these techniques early on with the objective to satisfy its Clients
AEC provides the following services to its Clients

Structural Designs
All drawings and studies for the Services ( Plumbing, Electrical, AirConditioning, Civil Defense, etc.)
The securing of all Building Permits from the various departments
The preparation of all General and Particular Specifications and Bill of Quantities
The preparation of Feasibility studies for the Projects and assistance in securing the required Bank Loans.
Preparation of all documents required to put Project out to Tender.
Project supervision and follow up with Contractors through all the phases of Construction and Maintenance Periods.
