Abdul Aziz Al Fulaij and Ahmad Mashhour Engineering for Consultancy (F&M Consultant Engineers), was established in 1984, bringing together the professional experience and expertise of Engineer Abdul Aziz Yousef AL- Fulaij as a Civil Engineer and Engineer Ahmad Mashhour as an Architect.
Since it’s founding the firm has expanded, taking on a number of challenging and innovative projects both within Kuwait and outside the State to provide clients with a strong Professional Team suited to the requirements of each project with substantial experience in major design, construction supervision and tender documentation projects.
The firm provides services in all disciplines, Town & Urban Planning, Programming, Design and Supervision of several projects, ranging from commercial complexes to residential buildings, justice buildings, educational facilities, Banks, Show – Rooms, Mosques, Palaces, Residential Villas and many others.
The firm has organized a Supervision team who renders services for all the projects in all aspects as the firm is grouping professional Engineers for Architectural, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Electrical and HVAC, Mechanical Engineering and Quantity Surveying.
The activities of the firm were disrupted during the period between August 1990 and March 1991, but the company was operational very shortly after the Liberation of Kuwait, and has carried out commissions related to the re-building and renovation of the structures and infrastructure damaged during the period of occupation.
