ProTenders works with Procore

ProTenders is a construction tendering platform for developers and owners. Keep Procore for project management, financials, quality and safety; run the construction tender in ProTenders, then send the award back to Procore.

What Procore does best

  • Construction project management that links field and office teams, from preconstruction to closeout.
  • Project financials: cost tracking and budgets connected to accounting.
  • Quality and safety: inspections, incidents and site diaries in one place.

Where ProTenders fits

Procore has bid management of its own. ProTenders prices the BoQ line by line, with one clarification log and committee scoring.

  • Bidders price your BoQ line by line, and you compare the bids line by line.
  • Clarifications in one log that every bidder sees.
  • Technical and commercial envelopes, scored by your committee (from Pro).
  • Bid prices encrypted with a key unique to each tender.
  • Unlimited users on every plan.
  • 50,000+ construction companies in the directory.

What moves between them

What an integration can carry between the two.

Into ProTenders

  • Project information from Procore, through its REST API.

Back to Procore

  • The award (the winning company and the value), for a subcontract or purchase order in Procore.

How it connects

ProTenders has a REST API (/v3) that reads tenders, bids, awards and evaluations (Pro), and webhooks that tell your systems when they change (Enterprise). BoQs and evaluation matrices come in from Excel; comparisons and registers go out to it.

Your team calls the ProTenders API and the platform's own, directly or through the integration software you already run.

Procore publishes a REST API with OAuth 2.0. A customer connects it as a custom integration, which runs only in its own Procore account.

Teams running Procore connect it to ProTenders through their own integration software, using our API and webhooks.
