ProTenders works with Oracle Aconex and Primavera Unifier

ProTenders is a construction tendering platform for developers and owners. Keep Oracle Aconex for project documents and Primavera Unifier for cost and business processes; run the construction tender in ProTenders, then send the award back to Unifier.

What Aconex and Primavera Unifier do best

  • Aconex keeps a project's documents and mail, with REST APIs for both.
  • Aconex runs supplier document submission and review workflows.
  • Primavera Unifier links cost and business processes to schedules in Primavera P6 and Primavera Cloud, and to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP for procurement and financials.

Where ProTenders fits

Aconex and Primavera Unifier both run bids of their own. ProTenders prices the BoQ line by line, with one clarification log and committee scoring.

  • Bidders price your BoQ line by line, and you compare the bids line by line.
  • Clarifications in one log that every bidder sees.
  • Technical and commercial envelopes, scored by your committee (from Pro).
  • Bid prices encrypted with a key unique to each tender.
  • Unlimited users on every plan.
  • 50,000+ construction companies in the directory.

What moves between them

What an integration can carry between the two.

Into ProTenders

  • Projects, organisations and users, from the Aconex directory.
  • Documents and drawings, from Aconex.
  • Cost breakdown codes and budget lines, from the Primavera Unifier cost sheet.

Back to Oracle

  • Documents and mail, back to Aconex.
  • The award, as a Primavera Unifier business process record, where your Unifier setup accepts one.

How it connects

ProTenders has a REST API (/v3) that reads tenders, bids, awards and evaluations (Pro), and webhooks that tell your systems when they change (Enterprise). BoQs and evaluation matrices come in from Excel; comparisons and registers go out to it.

Your team calls the ProTenders API and the platform's own, directly or through the integration software you already run.

Aconex and Primavera Unifier both publish REST APIs. Your team sets up the Aconex link for your own account.
