National cement factory (NCF) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Emirates international investment company (EIIC), a company belonging to the Abu Dhabi based conglomerate (National Holding) with well diversified portfolio of companies in several sectors and countries.

The NCF board of directors manages the company with a dedicated team of professionals coming from Ittihad group.

The company's vision is to participate in the development of the UAE's economy and be recognized and respected as a leading cement company by all stakeholders.
