The Managing Director and Founder of the office is Dr. Jasim Hilal, graduated from United Kingdom with BSc., MSc., and Ph.D in Civil Engineering. His wide experience ranges from design, supervision, project management, lecturing at University and held Government Managerial Posts. These experiences obtained from the year 1980 till 2002.
Andalus Engineering provides engineering services for the pre-contract and post contract of any construction project, ranging from feasibilty studies, designing, project planning, cost estimation, tendering, supervision, project management and claims management.
Andalus Engineering services specialized in fields of architectural and structural design services and project management with supporting offices in mechanical, electrical and surveying, quantity surveying & interior design. The project executed varies from villas, multi-storey building, hotels, educational, commercial and industrial buildings.
The office is categorized as category (A) according to the Comittee for Organizing Engineering Professional Practice. Category (A) offices can handle any project with disregard to its size, budget or complexity. Category (A) offices are the highest ranking offices in the Kingdom of Bahrain
