The company's objectives is

2. Establishment, management, operation and maintenance of commercial and residential centres, hotels and furnished apartments.
3. General contracting for buildings, bridges and roads.
4. Management, operation, maintenance and cleanliness of buildings.
5. Maintenance and cleanliness of cities. The company was converted into a closed shareholding company by virtue of Ministerial Resolution No. (1588) dated
17/10/1426 H corresponding to 19/11/2005.
