Spectrum Block Factory Spectrum Light Block Factory was established in September 2006. The factory is situated in the industrial area of Mussafah, Abu Dhabi and started its operation in September 2008. Furthermore, the factory has a large land size of 45,000 m2, which makes it possible to cater to large projects.
We as a company strongly believe in “Green” and environmentally friendly products. In this regards, Spectrum’s AAC blocks are lightweight thermal products which reduce energy consumption and provide structural savings and reduce the amount of steel and concrete used in any typical building structure or villa. These combined benefits have an immediate impact on architects and developers allowing them to explore advanced designs, forms and shapes. In addition, AAC products provide homeowners lower running costs over the life of the building without compromising on comfort.
With 85 skilled and experienced employees and highly qualified management, the factory has the potential of producing an annual capacity of 300,000 m3. The raw material needed for manufacturing is found in abundance and is sourced from UAE, Saudi Arabia and Germany.
