ProTenders works with PMWEB
ProTenders is a construction tendering platform for developers and owners. Keep PMWEB for capital project control; run the construction tender in ProTenders, then send the award back to PMWEB.
What PMWEB does best
- Owner-side capital project control, from planning through delivery and operations.
- Budgeting, cost control, change orders, earned value and forecasting.
- Configurable workflows and approvals, with contract management and portfolio dashboards.
Where ProTenders fits
PMWEB lists online bidding among its modules. ProTenders prices the BoQ line by line, with one clarification log and committee scoring.
- Bidders price your BoQ line by line, and you compare the bids line by line.
- Clarifications in one log that every bidder sees.
- Technical and commercial envelopes, scored by your committee (from Pro).
- Bid prices encrypted with a key unique to each tender.
- Unlimited users on every plan.
- 50,000+ construction companies in the directory.
What moves between them
What an integration can carry between the two.
Into ProTenders
- Project and cost data from PMWEB.
Back to PMWEB
- Award data, back to PMWEB.
How it connects
ProTenders has a REST API (/v3) that reads tenders, bids, awards and evaluations (Pro), and webhooks that tell your systems when they change (Enterprise). BoQs and evaluation matrices come in from Excel; comparisons and registers go out to it.
Your team calls the ProTenders API and the platform's own, directly or through the integration software you already run.
PMWEB offers custom API access on its Core package and above. Which records it accepts is confirmed with your PMWEB administrator.
