Technicoat International Factory was set up in 1999 to manufacture Water Proofing and Energy Saving Products. Founder and Chairman is Mr Khalil Ibrahim Hussain Al Sayegh.
The company initially focused production of liquid applied systems in Water Proofing, Floor Coating,Industrial Coating and Insulation at its Factory situated in Jebel Ali Industrial Area and later broad-based its manufacturing range for Protective and Energy Saving products.
The company today is known as TEKNCOAT and it has its own application team operating under Tekncoat Engineering.
We are one of the leading producers and applicators of Floor coating, Car park Coating and Industrial floor coating in Epoxy resin based systems and also in Polyurethane systems. Liquid applied waterproofing and Floor coating products are also manufactured for meeting Green Building Products requirement.
