Venture General Contracting LLC was founded by our Chairman Mr. Harsha P. Shetty, a qualified Civil Engineer from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal. The company commenced its activity in the year 1999 in the field of interior and maintenance and in the year 2005 entered the mainstream construction activity. Thanks to the vision of the Ruler’s of Dubai, the company was able to quickly establish its foothold by winning projects from reputed clients established in the country. Since then there has been no looking back and Venture has only grown into a progressive company that conducts its business with deep rooted professional values and ethics.
Venture offers complete turnkey solution including design and build services taking into account the latest regulations and practices such as green building, health and safety requirement etc… and has thorough knowledge of working with authorities such as Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Hamriyah Free Zone and Sharjah Municipality to name a few. The company is supported by a strong team of professional staff and Manager’s who have several years of rich experience in this field. The growth and success of the company is also attributed to the fact that our Director’s are strategically involved in the company’s affairs, enabling effective and timely decisions. Our ability to provide inhouse design services and effective technical solution and approvals accelerates the entire project duration making it a cost effective proposition for our clients. We also work closely with our consultants and clients to ensure flexibility and completion of projects in the most effective and short duration of time. Venture is also registered with Government bodies and also undertakes residential villa construction financed by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment and has an impressive list of satisfied clients.
