The Minister of Defense (or Defence) heads the Ministry of Defense (Arabic: وزارة الدفاع), a Ministry (government department) in Saudi Arabia tasked with coordinating and supervising all major government agencies and federal departments of the government relating directly to National security and the Saudi Armed Forces.
