The Samca Group began in 2005 to develop projects for utilization of solar energy through thermoelectric technologies. As a result of this work, through the company Renewable Samca , currently it has two Thermoelectric solar plants in operation known as CST Florida and CST La Dehesa, both located in the province of Badajoz and with a total installed capacity of 100 MWe , being One of the leading independent producers of thermoelectric solar power, capable of meeting the electricity demand of more than 100,000 households.
