Description

Khalil Mahmoud General Trading & Contracting Establishment Company WLL (KMECO) began as a civil construction company in 1964.

Major projects consisted of housing, commercial, and municipal infrastructure projects. During those years KMECO remained as one of the trusted contractors for the Ministry of Electricity and Water, the Ministry of Public Works, and Kuwait Oil Company. KMECO have also executed maintenance contracts for different government entities included in the different discipline Civil Construction, Mechanical, Electrical and Manpower & Equipment Supply.

KMECO's establishment was recognized as a Grade II Civil contractor in 1971 by Kuwait’s Central Tenders Committee.
