The 1970 is considered as the founding year of modern courts in Dubai whereas a law had been issued has to constitute the Courts, accordingly the civil court was innovated that chaired by late Justice /Ouday Bitar, and his successor, Justice / Musa Al Jayyousi who was followed by Justice Ghalib Bustami. The DCD is the first government department to offer 217 smart services accessible via smart devices, so that customers can perform all processes, from case registration, review, follow-up, enquiry, and fee payment all the way to case decisions anywhere, anytime. The DCD has kept up with global technical developments to achieve the smart government vision of our leadership. The majority of our services have become electronically available, easily accessible, without the need for visiting the courts in person.
