Description

ChemaWEyaat was established by Emiri Decree in November 2008 to enhance the involvement of Abu Dhabi's chemicals industry production's holdings, which include ADNOC subsidiaries Abu Dhabi Polymers Company (Borouge) in Ruwais developing polyethylene and polypropylene based on ethane, Borouge Marketing PTE in Singapore, Ruwais Fertilizers Industries (Fertil) developing methane-based fertilizer plants, and in addition to International Petroleum Investment Company’s (IPIC) international chemicals subsidiaries.

As a signatory to the Responsible Care® Charter via GPCA, ChemaWEyaat is committed to ensure Responsible Care® key elements are an integral part of our company culture and prject planning.

ChemaWEyaat is jointly owned by International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) , Abu Dhabi Investment Council, and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC).
