In 1978, Bin Dayel Construction Est. was established. It is located in Riyadh city in Saudi Arabia. It started it's initial work as a joined establishment of Bin Dayel Group through building projects on lands owned by the group. This played as a long term strategic plan in order for the group to relay on it completely without having to work with other constructers. After that, the establishment was ambitious to expand it's activities by being a participant in the urban developments through being one of the major local establishments. It started it's activities by interring general biddings on govrnmental and private projects benfiting from it's long established experience. Bin Dayel Construction est. is owned and managed fully Saudi and operates on a complete qualified team. Further more, it benefits from a good relation and trust with the governmental organizations plus local and international consultancy organization, which oprate in the country.
