Formerly owned by the holding companies La Centrale Finanziaria S.p.A. and Bastogi S.p.A., since 1989 it is owned by the professionals who work there. Present partners are eng. Guido Peri; eng. Paola Erba; Dr. Federico Peri; eng. Marco Bonfanti; eng. Massimo Besio; eng. Letizia Zanelotti. The company’s paid-up capital is Eur 1.000.000 entirely private and not connected with any building company, gear supplier or financial company. Alpina produces designs for large-scale infrastructures and buildings, performs feasibility and territorial planning studies, provides supervision of works, technical, financial and administrative advice and manages the construction of projects.
