The services covers all design stages and include Design Concept Reports, Preliminary & Detailed Design Drawings, MEP Specifications, Cost Estimate & Feasibility Studies, Value Engineering Studies, Tender Documents and Bill of Quantities, Supervision of the MEP services installations and Site Management.
